Jillian is a certified yoga teacher and cycle alignment guide. She had no idea that when she took her first hot yoga class with her sister in 2018, her entire way of life would shift. Yoga became her passion; practicing every day and volunteering at studios. She took an intensive online teacher training course during the pandemic in 2020. Before she even completed her training, she was teaching classes online and as soon as yoga studios re-opened, she started teaching in person. It is her goal and passion to help others find alignment to their truest selves through yoga.

Jillian loves teaching all forms of yoga but wherever you find the union of breath with movement is when all the magic happens. Jillian’s yoga classes are an entire experience and never just a workout. Her creative sequences encourage you to challenge yourself while still being meditative and relaxing. Larrisa Fitzpatrick

Introducing Larissa, our seasoned Fitness Professional with a wealth of experience. Since 1997, she has been a dedicated instructor, initially starting at the YMCA before obtaining certification from CanFitPro in 1999. Larissa’s fitness journey began at the age of 12 when she joined her first class alongside her mom, igniting a lifelong passion for movement. Transitioning into adulthood, Larissa channeled her enthusiasm for fitness into the studio environment. After relocating to Toronto in the 2000s, she discovered a deep affection for Pilates and yoga. Larissa further honed her skills by attending workshops through Stott Pilates, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning.

With a diverse background, Larissa holds certifications in Pilates (Physical Mind Institute 2003), Yoga (Body balance, Yogafit, and Yin Yoga), and extensive expertise in various fitness formats. She views movement as a form of medicine and is driven by the desire to share its transformative benefits.

In her HIIT classes, Larissa infuses functional exercises to ensure a dynamic and safe workout experience. Whether you choose to move or take a moment to rest, Larissa always provides options. With over 500 hours of training in yoga and fitness, Stephenie’s an expert in various styles of Yoga such as Vinyasa, Hatha and Yoga for Trauma. Stephenie is a trusted wellness professional with a wealth of knowledge to offer. Her teaching style is energetic, motivating, playful and compassionate. She brings her vast assortment of knowledge and training into her work with students, helping them cultivate mindfulness, strength, and flexibility.

Julia Bell

Introducing Julia, our exceptional yoga instructor and an eternal learner. Her encounter with yoga emerged during a turbulent phase of life, serving as a conduit to both physical movement and enhanced mental well-being. Cultivating a daily yoga routine, she delved into literature on yoga and its philosophy, igniting a profound passion for the practice. For Julia, yoga has fostered a more profound and wholesome connection with herself and others.

Witnessing the transformative impact of yoga on her own life, Julia harbored a desire to delve deeper into its study and share the practice with others. In 2022, she successfully completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Gibsons, British Columbia, followed by a 75-hour Vinyasa Training in Halifax, Nova Scotia, solidifying her commitment to the discipline. Since then, she has been wholeheartedly dedicated to teaching yoga on a full-time basis. Julia revels in the sense of community that yoga fosters, celebrating the magnetic energy that arises when individuals unite, sharing space and synchronizing with their breath. In her classes, you can anticipate nurturing a stronger connection with yourself, your breath, and your body. Julia guides participants through sequences that are both reflective and challenging, promoting meditative movement. After a brush with cancer in 2010 Mozana was drawn to fitness and nutrition where her passion for Pilates started. The benefits of Pilates were immediate and soon became a major part of her lifestyle in improving health and being the best version of herself. Pilates is a very gentle and powerful exercise that builds strength, tone, improves posture, reduces stress and above all, it’s a lot of fun!
