Hot Pilates can benefit your physical and mental wellbeing in a variety of ways. You should consider joining Hot Pilates for the following reasons:

Increases calorie burn: When you perform hot Pilates in a room heated to 37 degrees Celsius, your heart rate and metabolism rise. Heat with Pilates movements can increase calorie burn when compared to conventional Pilates. It effectively assists weight reduction or weight maintain objectives.

Increases strength and flexibility: Hot Pilates combines a variety of low-impact movements that target both your core muscles and other muscle groups throughout your body, resulting in enhanced flexibility and strength. Regular practice can improve your general strength, muscular tone, and flexibility.

Sweating is an important physiological activity that helps to maintain overall health and manage body temperature. Here are a few reasons why you want to sweat:

  • Sweating assists in cleaning by eliminating toxins from the body.
  • Sweating helps to clear pores, remove impurities, and maintain skin health.
  • Sweating maintains your body’s electrolyte balance, which includes sodium, potassium, and chloride.
  • Increase calorie burn, relaxation, and general well-being

Yoga and Pilates classes usually include a range of poses and activities that gradually build flexibility. It is NOT necessary to be flexible in order to take these classes. Yoga and Pilates are intended to develop overall well-being and balance, rather than a specific level of flexibility. With time and consistent practice, you will find that you are getting more flexible becoming more comfortable with varied postures. Be kind with yourself and enjoy the process.

Click on “My Account” and choose a suitable class from the schedule. Plan to arrive 10 minutes (or 15 minutes for first-time visitors) before the class begins. Bring water a water bottle or receive a complementary one from the reception.  Large meals should be avoided at least two hours before class. Bring your yoga mat and a large towel or use the complimentary hand towel supplied. Above all, remain hydrated by drinking lots of water throughout the day; aim for 46-64 ounces more.

Capris, lightweight leggings, and a sports bra or tank top should be worn by women. Lined shorts, biking shorts, or trunks should be worn by men. Because the climate is warm, you should wear something light that allows you to sweat comfortably.

Our programs are structured to allow both new and experienced students to participate freely. You can begin slowly and progress at your own pace, pushing yourself just when you’re ready. After only a few classes, you will feel instantly at ease and at home in our studio!

Muscle pain is caused by lactic acid accumulation. Stretching helps to minimize lactic acid accumulation. If you wish to stretch deeply and find relief, a yoga session can be an excellent choice.

For the best result and long-term well-being, practice at least three to four times each week.

Before commencing your practice, you should get guidance from your doctor. If you are suffering from health problems, yoga can help.

Our membership packages, which are available on a month-to-month basis, do not include any contracts. Simply send us an email with a 15-day notice period to cancel your subscription, and we’ll handle the rest.
