I have recently starting going to Ultimate Hot Pilates + Yoga and I have been loving it. The studio is clean and a good size. The staff are very friendly and make sure to know you by a first name basis. The instructors are upbeat and provide variations to positions/move if needed. The instructors are very motivating and help when you feel like you might be struggling.

I joined the Stoney Creek location a few months ago and this studio has been such an amazing change in my fitness and wellness journey. The facility is beautiful and clean and has such a calm feel about it.
