Job Description:

Ultimate Hot Pilates & Yoga in Stoney Creek, we are currently seeking Certified Yoga, Pilates & Zumba Instructors to teach in our fully equipped studios. The position entails the following responsibilities. This is not a complete description, and certain responsibilities may additionally be presented along the course of employment:

  • Facilitate Yoga, Pilates, and Zumba classes
  • Instruct, lead, and motivate medium – large groups – from beginners to long-time fitness enthusiasts
  • Plan and implement the industry’s best practices, demonstrates proper form and techniques, and create a safe, fun, and welcoming environment
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the use of clear verbal and non-verbal cues to instruct participants and offers an adaptation to accommodate all skill levels and abilities
  • Strive to get clients in frequently so they achieve results and provide fitness suggestions & feedbacks
  • Ensure sessions begins and end on time
  • Respond to emails in a timely fashion
  • Above all, provide exceptional client service to all UltimateHPY members and guests.
  • Must be certified on fitness apparatus, up to date and relevant Group Fitness Certifications such as YMCA Group Fitness or similar. Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, or equivalent
  • Previous experience in teaching group fitness classes, i.e Zumba, Pilates, Boot Camp, High Intensity Interval Training
  • Exceptional customer service skills & ability to create and fun and friendly atmosphere
  • Must be passionate about health and fitness lifestyle
  • Standing, sitting, and walking
  • Squatting, bending, and reaching
